Almost nobody swims the way they think they do. Film changes that in about thirty seconds — and once you have seen it, the correction makes sense.
A session review with a client — body position, catch and breathing, and what we changed next.
Working on efficiency and breathing under load with a swimmer training for open water.
What we look for
Where your hips and legs actually sit. Most inefficiency starts here, and almost nobody can feel it.
What your hand does in the first third of the pull — the part that decides whether you move forward or just churn.
Whether the kick comes from the hip as one chain, or from the knees. It changes your speed and your energy cost enormously.
When you turn, how long you are out of position, and whether you are exhaling steadily or holding and gasping.
How it works
I film you above and below the surface during a normal session. Then we get out, sit down, and watch it together — slowed down, paused, in plain language.
You leave with a short list of what to change, not a technical report. We film again later so you can see the difference rather than take my word for it.
Most people are genuinely surprised the first time. Book a session and find out.
